November TIC data: Foreign investors sold a net $56 billion in US long-term securities (even more than they sold in October and a continuation of the reversal from purchases of about $30 billion in July to September).
Private foreign investors sold $18.9b, and net sales by foreign official institutions were -$37.1b .but these were offset by $34.3b in sales of foreign securities by US residents
